About Bill
Bill has always been an entrepreneur. He has 30 years of technical recruiting experience, with 16 years of owning his own recruiting company. Bill brings skills of networking, negotiating, and bringing people together to the real estate investment business. He has always enjoyed working with his hands and has over 20 years experience in home repair and maintenance. He is able to envision possibilities and the steps needed to create a quality finished product. He’s an avid outdoorsman, enjoying mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and camping.
About Grace
Grace has always been in the business of transformation. Since opening Balance with Grace in 2000 she has been helping people move from striving to thriving through her coaching, training, and mentoring. She is also a Reiki Master teacher and the author of Balance With Grace: Celebrate the Kaleidoscope of Life.
StepStone Property provides another vehicle for transformation, whether it’s helping those facing financial hardship avoid foreclosure, freeing up a tired landlord from unwated rentals, or rehabbing a distressed property.
Grace has many interests and passions in addition to her work, including travel, yoga, reading, organic gardening, healthy cooking, meditation, and fitness.
